This health plan provides Minimum Essential Coverage and satisfies the “A Tax” penalty and Individual Mandate. WellCARE18TM provides more coverage than a traditional MEC plan. WellCARE18TM does not cover out-of-network services.
WellVISITTM provides coverage for the preventive health and wellness services required by the Affordable Care Act’s PHSA § 2713 (a). This health plan provides Minimum Essential Coverage and satisfies the “A Tax” penalty and Individual Mandate. WellVISITTM has low copays and no deductible or out-of-pocket maximum. WellVISITTM does not cover out-of-network services.
WellVALUETM provides coverage for the preventive health and wellness services required by the PHSA § 2713 (a). This health plan provides Minimum Essential Coverage and satisfies the “A Tax” penalty and Individual Mandate. WellVALUETM has low copays and no deductible or out-of-pocket maximum. WellVALUETM does not cover out-of-network services.
WellPRIMETM provides coverage for the preventive health and wellness services required by the Affordable Care Act’s PHSA § 2713 (a). Do all full-time employees receive a bona fide offer of a Minimum Value Plan?
For all applicable large employers, they should. ABC plans are available in conjunction with WellMIN™, a fully ACA-compliant Minimum Value plan, with no minimum participation requirements.
Does the plan’s designer stand behind it?
All ABC plans come with an ACA compliance guarantee – if a sponsor ever gets fined or penalized due to any ABC plan defect, ABC pays – you don’t.
